General Counselling
In my counselling practice you receive a safe, calm and non-judgemental space to be heard and listened to. Gently supporting and guiding you through your personal issues allowing space for self-understanding and growth in your counselling journey.
If you are new to counselling, you may feel like there is a stigma attached and be concerned that the process might feel intrusive or confronting. Simply by allowing space and by actively listening, I can support you to unfold at your own pace. This allows an organic self-growth and the opportunity to talk and express in a calm environment.
Anxiety
Whether anxiety is an everyday occurrence or just arises in certain situations it can be quite overwhelming and, depending on its severity, can feel quite debilitating. Commonly people feel that it's just an everyday part of life and they can’t change it.
Accessing support for anxiety can help you develop coping strategies as well as support you to gain the strength to overcome anxiety altogether and be free of the hold it has over you.
Depression
Depression can feel like it has a strong impact on your life and is generally an ongoing feeling of moodiness, sadness and feeling down. Depression can present as a serious mental health condition that not only effects your mind but effects your overall wellbeing and physical health.
Knowing in yourself this is not who you are and seeking support is crucial in reconnecting to your body. This reconnection allows more sense of awareness and understanding helping to build more confidence to gain the ability to work though issues that arise.
Stress
Stress can accrue in many situations whether it is with family, work, relationships or everyday life. It is easy to get caught up in stress and become more reactive, feeling we can’t cope or don't know how to deal with the issues that are accruing and feeling overwhelmed.
Simply being provided the space to work through and talk about the issues can allow the development and awareness that you are more than capable of handling the present situation.

Health, wellness and vitality
Health and wellness can sometimes be last on the list of priorities. Putting ourselves last is a very common issue in society today. Disconnecting and switching off or escaping is seen as a way to relax and deal with responsibilities tomorrow. This avoidance and withdrawal from daily rhythms and routines can lead to stress, mental health and dietary issues.

Low self-esteem
Lack of Self-esteem is a sense of not feeling good enough, being overly self-critical and having a negative narrative that involves frequently putting yourself down. This is always an indicator that you are not appreciating what you bring by simply being you. This effects the quality of life you lead and your ability to enjoy your own successes and the achievements of others.
Being held in a space where you can feel comfortable to freely express without the usual narrative provides a space to connect to your true self and communicate from a deeper sense of settlement.
Career Change Support
Career change can feel exciting and overwhelming at the same time. Whether you feel as though you are at a crossroads in your career and feeling unsure what you want to do, or you are agonising over how to start the process, you don't have to let that stop you from taking the first steps.
Having the space to help you talk through your thoughts and feelings about changing careers can support in building your confidence and staying on track, allowing you to develop a clear path forward.
